Health Care Reform activists delivered almost 700 signed letters to the offices of Senator's Kohl, Feingold and Congresswoman Baldwin.

Once again our group of citizen volunteers for health care reform was on the square, gathering signatures, this time on letters to Wisconsin Senator Herb Kohl.

The shot to the left shows our table swamped with people signing the letter to Senator Kohl and a national petition to the President.

As always, the response was overwhelmingly in support of health care for all, with people from Wisconsin lining up to sign letters and even people from out of state eager to sign the national petition.

Throughout the morning on the square volunteers offered market attendees to vote Yes or No on health care for all, and Yes votes were cast in orders of magnitute greater than negative votes.

Many people told personal stories of how health care costs had forced them to make tragically difficult choices or left them in financial ruin.

Those gathering signatures on the letters to Kohl invited signers to add personal notes to the senator and his staff, and many did.

If is clear from both the media and closer to home at events like this one that public support is on the side of health care for all, but there's much more work to be done to achieve out goals.
